what we do
We are Doris and Luis, a husband and wife wedding photography and video team based in Washington D.C. and Maryland. We serve clients by providing a comfortable experience to create professional photography and video.
meet doris
lead photographer
Doris started very young collecting family pictures of her grandparents, mom, aunts and uncle's life in El Salvador. It gave her a sense of identity to know where she came from. As the years went on she would take ownership of many pictures of life events.
Becoming a professional photographer didn't cross her mind until members of her church noticed she had a camera with her all the time and asked her to capture their weddings and church events. Once she realized the joy her pictures gave families she decided she wanted to become a professional photographer. One day she asked a friend that had a Costco card to take her to buy her first semi pro camera, got home and opened a Facebook page and the rest is history.
meet Luis
lead videographer
Luis was born and raised in El Salvador. Came to the US for greater opportunities about 16 years ago. He never thought he would be where he is today coming from a small village out in the country but God had a bigger plan for him. Luis is a singer and has deep passion for writing and composing Christian music. He has released 4 albums and you can find him on all music platforms.
Luis is a videographer. He started creating music videos for himself and developed an interest for couples love stories through Doris who would take him as an assistant to weddings.
Doris & Luis were a dream to work with!
